Last day of our trip to arctic Lapland.
We have a calm and uneventful overnight crossing from the Netherlands. With

Today is a very simple one ... make our boat to Germany that leaves Oslo at 14:00. As it is

We head down for a good breakfast in our hotel – the Radisson in Trondheim for what will be our last

We start today by clearing the snow off the car from the snowfall overnight.

Today, we start the long 2,500+ km return journey back to Ireland. Outside, the car park is much busier
Day 10: Ice Hotel (Sweden) –> Narvik (Norway)
Today we head west crossing over into Norway to Narvik. Unfortunately, we didn't see the northern lights last

Today is all about staying at the Ice Hotel in nearby Jukkasjärvi – a short 17 km drive from our hotel
Day 8: Chasing the Aurora Lights (Sweden)
Today is totally focused on trying to see and capture the Northern Lights. As it will be a late night,
